RETURN POLICY:

Our quality control wing makes every possible effort to avoid any error in printing or size and defect in fabric before shipping, however, if you find any error which you think we are responsible for, send a picture of the product with error within 7 days you receive the order, if found correct, we will process your refund. If you wish to return it for some other reason, you should send us back the item within 30 days of receiving the order. Buyer pays the return shipping cost. All the returns must ship to:

FAQ'S:

Is the printing on shirts stands numerous washes?

Yes, we have already tested and proven that our process of shirt printing is of very high quality and those printed shirts have vibrant colors and quality even after numerous washes. Make the shirt inside out and use cool water for washing, don't use dryer, hang dry it, do iron on print, make it inside out if need to iron.

How do I know, which size shirt is right for me?

Most of the 100% cotton shirts shrink, when they first washed.

Take an existing, already washed shirt you are wearing, lay it on a flat surface, take measurements on the spots mentioned in size chart(Find Size!) tab and compare it to determine the size that will fit you.

Why there is a faint box around the multi-colored design on dark shirts?

Just wash it. This faint box is due to pretreatment of the shirt, required for good bonding of white under base ink with the fabric, when we use DTG (Direct to Garment) Printer for multi-colored designs. You will not see this box in one color designs or colored designs when using screen printing.

I ordered a shirt, when can I have it?

As we print fresh to order, usually all the orders are printed and shipped within 48-72 hours after we receive it. Within US you will get your order in 7-10 business days and for international shipping it will take 14-21 days.

Alert:

It will not be our responsibility of lost/delayed shipment due to incomplete/incorrect shipping information provided by the customer while placing the order. We always try our best to correct the mistake if possible. If an order needs to ship more than once because of this, you might end up paying additional shipping and handling Chagres. Please make sure you are filling out the most accurate shipping address.

Once I submitted the order with incorrect/incomplete shipping address, can I change it?

In this case, contact us by phone or e-mail right away, once you realized the fact, we might be able to help you out. As we start working on orders as soon as we get them, and we try to ship them out within 72 hours. We understand the human errors and give you our best services to solve this issue.

I received tshirt with wrong size?

Before placing the order, make sure you have selected the correct size, if you change the size first and then change the style or color, size goes the default size.

How can I track my order?

As and when your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number by e-mail you have provided. If still you have any issues or concerns, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
